DWY Purchase:

You will receive a confirmation email along with a link for an onboarding questionnaire. Once we receive the completed questionnaire, we will begin the build and typically complete fulfillment in 7-10 days or less. When we have our LAUNCH CALL, you will receive your first training in managing the ads. All trainings will be recorded and uploaded to a shared file exclusive to you that you will be able to use for future reference along with all our other training resources and courses.

DIY Purchase:

You will receive a confirmation email along with a link containing your login information for your software dashboard access and a separate email containing your sign-in credentials for the members course area where you will find all materials related to getting your system up and running yourself.

If needed, can you make our accounts HIPAA Compliant?

Yes, we have the ability to follow state and federal laws and regulations to ensure your account is safe and compliant.

What, if any, additional fees are there?

For the system to work, we will have to have a dedicated online (VOIP) number associated with your account. You will be charged for the phone number, texts, emails and calls (usually about ~$20 or less per month). The charge comes from the data carriers to your card on file with your account. There will also be a small compliance fee (about $15) that the data carriers charge to register your text message campaigns with them to ensure they are compliant.

You also have the option to be HIPAA Compliant for an additional $450/month.
